Disneyland Secret Club 33

One of the secrets in Disneyland is an exclusive private club called Club 33.  This club is easy to miss if you do not know it is there.  It’s located in New Orleans Square right next to the Blue Bayou Restaurant.  The reason it is called club 33 is because it is located at 33 Royal St.

You can locate the club by searching for the address plate with the number 33 on it.  You will see a door that leads to Club 33 and a speaker with an intercom on the left side of the door.  To enter club 33 a receptionist must buzz you in.  As you enter the door there is a glass lift that brings you up to Club 33.  This lift is a replica of a glass lift that Walt Disney had seen in Paris.

You can also spot the balcony of Club 33 as you exit the Pirates of the Caribbean above the Blue Bayou Restaurant.

Inside of club 33 you can enjoy a gourmet meal made by some of the finest chefs complemented by some of the finest wines.  Of course, you will receive the V.I.P. treatment with the gracious hospitality of the Disneyland staff.

Club 33 is the only place where you can get alcoholic beverages inside of Disneyland.

Tower of Terror Hidden Mickey (Cameras)

As you exit the Tower of Terror you will arrive in a store.  Go over to the photo picture counter and you will see shelves on each side of the counter,  On the shelves you will see some old fashion cameras.  If you look closely at the face of some of the cameras you can see a classic Mickey formed from the lens of the camera and two circles above it.

This is listed in the Disneyland’s Hidden Mickeys book under California Adventure clue number 9.

I personally feel this one is a bit of a stretch, but some of them could be a Hidden Mickey.

Disneyland Entrance Hidden Mickey (Speaker)

As soon as you enter the gates of Disneyland take a look back at the box next to the turn styles and there is a speaker that is in the shape of a Hidden Mickey.

The speaker is used for making a sound as they scan your ticket or season pass.

Sometimes a Disney Cast Member will be in front of the box, you may have to look around them.

Security Check Hidden Mickey (Lion King)

As you enter the Disneyland security check point where they check your bags there are signs above.

Search for the sign with Timon and Pumba riding a roller coaster.  The picture has the phrase "HOLD ON TO YOUR GEAR!".

If you look closely you will see objects flying in the air.  Take a look at the key chain that is flying in the air.  If you look closely you will find a small black classic Hidden Mickey on the key chain.
